Gamers find playing the job over and over again too dull. How can players change their class in FFXIV?

There are so many classes in Final Fantasy XIV that players might have difficulty choosing which one to go for. After all, gamers can only pick one job while creating their first characters in their FFXIV accounts. While some might enjoy the initial class they took, others might not be satisfied with their choice. Hopefully, changing jobs in FFXIV is straightforward and carries no risks.

How to Change Class

Like many MMOs, FFXIV offers players a chance to change their jobs so they can farm FFXIV Gil and enjoy the game from a different perspective. However, the main difference between the game’s class transfer and other titles is that gamers don’t need to lose all their progress from their previous jobs. Final Fantasy characters can have more than one class at the same time.

Unlike other MMOs, players can switch between classes easily just by changing the dedicated weapon. The type of weapon being used classifies each job, so gamers gain access to other jobs’ skills and abilities if they have the dedicated item in their inventory. However, the classes should be unlocked first to make players eligible to use the armaments.

While changing jobs is easy, gamers might find swapping gears for their current class annoying. Fortunately, FFXIV has a feature that allows players to quickly transfer from one position to another while equipping the appropriate equipment. The character menu has a button labeled as a gear list above the player portrait. Gamers can save the currently provided setup to create a loadout to the list. This means players can switch to other fully equipped classes by choosing one option from the Gear List.

How to Unlock Classes

While swapping to another job is very simple, unlocking them might present some challenges to players. Switching between classes is amazingly easy and highly encouraged so players can have varying experiences in farming FFXIV Gil. Buying the necessary expansion packs is worth it since it unlocks more content for adventurers to enjoy.
