1. On the PC you want to access remotely, go to System Preferences, and click on the Sharing pane.
2. Check in the box that says screen sharing.
3. On the remote computer, open the finder & scroll down to share. Find name of computer that you want to connect to under “All” option.

4. On the other PC, Go to Finder > Connect to server. Type vnc://12.345.678.90 using the IP address. Click connect, use username, password.
